Alpha (1-2,3,4,6)Fucosidase (bovine kidney) Please click for price Glyko® Alpha(1-2,3,4,6) Fucosidase (bovine kidney). Broad specificity; releases non reducing terminal alpha(1-6) core linked fucose more efficiently than other alpha fucose linkages.
CAT NO: PZGKX-5006 QTY'S AVAILABLE: 500 mU,
Alpha-(1-3,4,6)-Galactosidase from Green coffee bean. Please click for price Glyko® Alpha(1-3,4,6)-Galactosidase releases non-reducing terminal alpha(1-3,4,6)-linked galactose from oligosaccharides. NOTE: Highly purified; beta-galactosidase contaminating activity not detectable (extended incubation with 2-AB NA2). Specificity: Coffee bean a-galactosidase cleaves non-reducing terminal galactose residues linked a1-3, a1-4 and a1-6 to polysaccharides, glycoproteins and glycans. The precise specificity of the enzyme is somewhat dependent on the nature of the glycoconjugate.
CAT NO: PZGKX-5007 QTY'S AVAILABLE: 5 U,
Alpha (1-2)-Mannosidase (Aspergillus satoi) Please click for price Glyko® Alpha(1-2)-Mannosidasse. Releases alpha (1-2)-linked mannose residues from the non-reducing terminus of oligosaccharides. Used in exoglycosidase sequencing. 2 mU is equal to 50µU as previously reported by Glyko, Inc. Source: Aspergillus saitoi. Specificity: The enzyme specifically cleaves Alpha (1-2)-linked mannose from the non-reducing terminus of glycans. As such it is extremely valuable in identifying this type of linkage and, in particular, the presence of high mannose-type N-glycans which are digested to the Man-5 structure.
CAT NO: PZGKX-5009 QTY'S AVAILABLE: 2 mU,
Alpha (1-2,3,6)-Mannosidase (jack bean) Please click for price Glyko® Alpha(1-2,3,6)-Mannosidase (jack bean). Releases non-reducing terminal alpha (1-2,3,6)-linked mannose from oligosaccharides. The enzyme exhibits some kinetic preference for Alpha (1-2,3)-linked mannose over Alpha(1-6)-linked mannose.
CAT NO: PZGKX-5010 QTY'S AVAILABLE: 10 U,
Beta (1-4,6)-Galactosidase (jack bean) Please click for price Glyko® Beta(1-4,6)-Galactosidase. Hydrolyses non-reducing terminal Gal-beta(1-6)GlcNAc and Gal-beta(1-4)GlcNAc. Gal beta(1-3)GlcNAc is hydrolyzed very slowly. The relative rates of hydrolysis are: Beta (1-6), 100%; Beta (1-4) 75%; and Beta (1-3), 1%. Gal-Beta (1-6) and Gal-Bata (1-3) can also be released from other aglycones although the rates of hydrolysis are variable.
CAT NO: PZGKX-5012 QTY'S AVAILABLE: 5 U,
Beta (1-3,4)-Galactosidase (bovine testis) Please click for price Glyko® Beta(1-3,4)-Galactosidase. Hydrolyzes non-reducing terminal galactose beta(1-3) and beta(1-4) linkages. Can be used in conjunction with otherBeta-galactosidases for exoglycosidase sequencing.
CAT NO: PZGKX-5013 QTY'S AVAILABLE: 0. 5 U,
Beta (1-4)-Galactosidase (Streptococcus pneumoniae) Please click for price Glyko® Beta(1-4)-Galactosidase. The enzyme releases non-reducing terminal beta(1-4)-linked galactose from oligosaccharides and glycoproteins. This specificity is only evident at enzyme concentrations < 100mU/ml. At higher concentrations, hydrolysis of Beta (1-3)-linked galactose occurs.
CAT NO: PZGKX-5014 QTY'S AVAILABLE: 200 mU,
Beta-Mannosidase (Helix pomatia) Please click for price Glyko® Beta-Mannosidase. Releases non-reducing terminal beta(1-4)-linked mannose from oligosaccharides. The enzyme hydrolyzes non-reducing terminal Beta (1-4)- linked mannose residues with relative specificity; Beta 1-3 and Beta 1-6 linked mannose residues are reported to be hydrolyzed at much lower rates of 0.04 and 0.1 % respectively.
CAT NO: PZGKX-5015 QTY'S AVAILABLE: 1 U,
Sialidase V Please click for price Glyko® Sialidase V™ Releases alpha(2-3,6,8)-linked sialic acid from oligosaccharides, glycoproteins, complex carbohydrates. Source: Native from Vibrio cholerae. Specificity: The enzyme is specific for N- acetyl (Neu5Ac) or N-glycolyl (Neu5Gc) neuraminic acid at the non-reducing terminus in a2-3,6 or 8 linkages to various monosaccharides (e.g. galactose, neuraminic acid (NeuAc-NeuAc), N-acetyl-glucosamine, N-acetyl-galactosamine). These are found in a wide range of oligosaccharides, polysaccharides and glycoconjugates such as glycoproteins and glycolipids. The rate of hydrolysis of a2-3 over a2-6 and/or a2-8 linkages is approximately 3 fold.
CAT NO: PZGKX-5020 QTY'S AVAILABLE: 1 U,
