NEW PRODUCT: ProZyme launches beta(1,4)-Galactosyltransferase kit

For in vitro galactosylation of glycoproteins such as monoclonal antibodies. β(1,4)-Galactosyltransferase (B4GalT1, EC 2.4.1.38) transfers galactose from a donor substrate, UDP-galactose, to GlcNAcβ1-2Man units on glycoproteins and complex molecules. Kit includes sufficient reagents for three reactions of up to 500 μg protein each. Kit contents include: 1 vial of GKT-GA14 enzyme sufficient for 3 reactions 3 vials of WS0324 UDP-galactose 1 vial of 5x Reaction Buffer
