GlykoPrep™ with InstantPC labelling for MS applications.

InstantPC™ dye is a novel instant glycan labeling reagent for MS that provides markedly increased MS and fluorescent sensitivity. InstantPC forms a stable urea linkage with glycosylamines released by rapid N-Glycanase (PNGase F) digestion. This GlykoPrep N-glycan sample preparation kit utilizes a rapid digestion, instant labeling, and cleanup of excess InstantPC label.

  • PZGS96-RX Digestion Module
  • PZGS96-PC InstantPC Labeling Module
  • PZGS96-CU Cleanup Module

The GlykoPrep™ platform dramatically streamlines glycoprotein sample preparation. From purification to glycan release and labeling, the entire sample prep can be completed in 3 hours.

  • Optional protein A purification for monoclonal antibodies and Fc proteins
  • Non-selective, rapid release and recovery of intact N-Glycans from up to 96 glycoprotein samples at a time using a microplate centrifuge
  • Non-selective chemistry for stoichiometric labeling of glycans, independent of structure
  • Flexible, high-throughput format: process 1 to 192 samples per run (2 kits simultaneously)
  • InstantDye™ labeling of N-glycans with InstantPC provides high fluorescence and MS signal
  • Labeled glycans are eluted in low volume and ready for analysis without concentrating or drying

The GlykoPrep™ Sample Preparation System requires minimal equipment. All you need is a centrifuge with a deep-well plate rotor (minimum 44 mm height), a Starter Labware Kit (PZAM200) and Heater and Incubation Blocks (PZGS150).

An automated kit on the Agilent Bravo liquid handling station is also available for high throughput analysis.
